ENG Soft announced on the 15th that it will participate in the 2022 Smart Construction Industry Exhibition hosted by the Korea Expressway Corporation’s Smart Construction Project Group at COEX in Seoul from July 28 to 31.



ENG Soft said it will introduce ‘S-VORD’, a smart dashboard, at this Smart Construction Industry Exhibition.

“S-VORD” is a platform technology that builds actual construction sites in a virtual digital space and provides field conditions to managers based on various development know-how in smart construction, which is the axis of future construction.

Starting with Daewoo Engineering & Construction’s DSC 2.0 development in 2018, the company developed S-VORD at road construction sites and complex development sites and introduced it to four construction sites.

In 2020, the Eloseum was built using S-VORD at the construction site of Lotte Engineering & Construction and the Geumgang Pedestrian Bridge in Sejong City, and won the best prize at the 2020 Construction VE Competition hosted by the Korea Land and Housing Corporation, Abche explained.

Recently, Hyundai Engineering & Construction’s “Incheon New Port 1-2 Container Pier Sub-construction HIBoard” and “Jeju Hallym Wind Power Project HIBboard” were won in 2022 to provide digital twin-based construction sites.

An official from ENG Soft said, “We will provide more diverse services through S-VORD in the field of smart construction, which is one of the pillars of the smart construction roadmap.”

Meanwhile, the “Smart Construction Industry Exhibition” is an event to be held simultaneously with Korea Build, Asia’s largest construction, architecture, and interior exhibition, hosted by the Korea Expressway Corporation’s Smart Construction Industry Group, and will hold exhibitions and forums on smart construction technologies applied to SOC construction.
